The X'AIR SAFE bodyprotector offers eight times more protection than a bodyprotector alone, and four times more than a bodyprotector worn with an airbag over it. The integrated airbag in the bodyprotector optimally distributes the impact, protecting the rider much more effectively without the need for two separate outfits.

The comfort of a two-in-one bodyprotector.
The X'AIR SAFE bodyprotector reduces weight by 20% compared to the combination of a cross-country bodyprotector and an airbag. In addition, the X'AIR SAFE cartridge is half the size of a standard airbag bodyprotector. Elastic side straps ensure a perfect fit and offer the protection of two vests combined, with lightness and comfort.

A highly technical body protector.
X'AIR SAFE is made of high-quality technical materials. The outer fabric, made of military grade Cordura, guarantees maximum resistance to abrasion, tearing and UV rays. The 3D Mesh inner fabric provides comfort and breathability, while the inner lining, consisting of two high-tech foams, offers extra safety and comfort. The dense outer foam optimally distributes impact, while the inner foam, which is also used in bulletproof vests, absorbs shock for optimal comfort.

The inserts and foams are laser-cut for maximum precision, and assembly of the foam compartments is automated to ensure 100% repeatability.

Freejump Airbag Technology.
The X'AIR SAFE is equipped with an ultra-fast gas generator and a patented lanyard for total safety. The full inflation speed is 89 meters per second for size M, guaranteeing reliable use regardless of the horse's height. Assembled in France, in FREEJUMP workshops, the X'AIR SAFE guarantees superior quality.

X'AIR SAFE meets NF S72-800-2022 and exceeds EN 13158 level 3 airbag standards.

A customized fit.
The X'AIR SAFE is available in children's sizes S, M and L and adult sizes XXS to XL, with two options for sizes XS to L: regular or long (indicated by a "T" in the size) to provide a perfect fit even for tall people. For example, the long version of size XS is called XST. From size XXS, the X'AIR SAFE is suitable for people who are at least 1.45 m tall and weigh at least 35 kg.

Easy to rearm.
The X'AIR SAFE gas generator is the most powerful on the market because it is the smallest and lightest. Re-arming is simplified by a guide in the plug when unscrewing and by the fact that the plug cannot be lost when screwing back. The ball clamp makes it easy and safe to replace the ball cord.

Cartridges.
X'AIR SAFE uses cartridges available in five capacities: 16 g for children's sizes S and M, 18 g for children's sizes L and sizes XXS to XST, 20 g for size S, 24 g for sizes ST and M and 33 g for sizes MT to XL. It is vital to use only new X'AIR SAFE cartridges of the same volume to ensure optimal safety.

Warranty.
The X'AIR SAFE comes with a standard two-year European warranty. By registering the bodyprotector through the FREEJUMP website, you get a two-year extension, bringing the warranty to four years and giving you free full service within the first two years of purchase.
