Directions for use:
Apply the gel from 1 pouch about 30 minutes before the stressful situation. Open the pouch and squeeze the gel out onto 2 fingers. Then spread it on the base/inside of the nostrils. Wait about half an hour for it to take effect and then the effect will last for about 2.5 hours. Repeat if desired.
